                   AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE A RIGHT-OF-WAY NAME OF
                   A PORTION OF HUNT CLUB ROAD LOCATED NORTHWEST
                   FROM SCRAPESHIN TRAIL, NORTHEAST OF COUNCIL
                   FIRE DRIVE WHICH IS MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED BELOW TO BLACKWELL FARM ROAD.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the name of a portion of 
the
         right-of-way of Hunt Club Road located northwest from 
Scrapeshin
         Trail, northeast of Council Fire Drive, be and is hereby 
changed
         to Blackwell Farm Road particularly described as follows:
             
              Hunt Club Road, to become Blackwell Farm Road, beginning
              on the northwest line of Scrapeshin Trail 363.78 feet
              northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of
              Scrapeshin Trail with the northwest line of Council Fire
              Drive, thence northeast and northwest 393.28 feet,
              thence northeast 50 feet, thence southeast and northeast
              374.08 feet to the northwest line of Scrapeshin Trail,
              thence southwest some 98 feet with Scrapeshin Trail to
              the point of beginning, said name change to include the
              temporary cul-de-sac at the northwest end of Hunt Club
              Road.  Said street separates lots 99 and 100, and part
              of an unplatted tract, from lot 101, and part of an
              unplatted tract, Council Fire Subdivision, Phase 1B, as
              shown by plat of record in plat book 46, page 79,
              R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 170M-A-6.
             
         	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
